Light and fruity, with a bright ruby colour;
its lingering fruity aromas taste of grapes; goes well with cooked
meats, poultry, roast meat and non-fermented cheese; to be served

Strong taste of its local terroir and full-bodied;
blackcurrant and liquorice-like aromas compound of silky tannins
which richly and delicately please the palate. Ideal when served

Local red wine; fully ripe red fruits and spicy
flavours that surely won't leave you indifferent; powerful tannins
and a sound structure allow this wine to age for about 10 years;

MONDEUSE
cru Saint Jean de la Porte
Grown on very sunny slopes in stony soil; fine
aromas; its fully ripe red fruits' nose with a touch of Morello
cherry flavour makes this a generous wine; soft tannins and
excellently balanced; ages well, 8 to 10 years; best between
10 and 12° C; goes best with game and fermented-cheese.

Wine of repute, grown from the Mondeuse grape
variety; a deep and intense colour actually hides soft and warm
tannins; raspberry and liquorice-like aromas; subtly structured;
can age very well; enjoyed by gourmets, perfectly marries with
red meat, game and cheese; to be served between 10 and 12° C;
can last 8 to 10 years.

Light and flavoured; from Gamay, Pinot or Mondeuse
grape variety, its faded rose and fruit sweets flavours match
with all dishes; to be served cool between 6 and 8° C.
